About the villa
Set in the sought-after Grau d'Agde neighbourhood, Villa Yuna is a 10-minute walk from the beach and moments from local shops. The house opens onto a garden with a seasonal heated pool and a summer kitchen fitted with a griddle, while a ping-pong table adds something for younger guests. Inside, three bedrooms and three bathrooms sleep up to eight, with interiors finished to a high standard throughout.

The villa includes a bright open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen, creating an easy flow for family living and entertaining. There is also an entrance with storage and separate toilets on both levels. The home is fully air-conditioned with a ducted system and independent controls for each room.
The outdoor area is designed for relaxed Mediterranean living, with a large wooden terrace, heated swimming pool, lounge furniture, deckchairs, parasol, outdoor dining area, and a summer kitchen with electric plancha grill. Guests can also enjoy table tennis and spacious outdoor areas for relaxing by the pool.
Villa Yuna is located in Le Grau-d'Agde, around 600 meters from Plage de la Tamarissière, approximately a 7–10 minute walk from the beach.
