At Les Clés de Charlotte, every home, every stay, every detail matters. But what truly makes the difference is the human touch, the people behind the keys. Charlotte founded this concierge service in Languedoc with a clear ambition: to create something more than a rental company, a true house of trust, where every property is treated as something precious, and every guest arrives feeling genuinely expected.

Marylou, her mother, quickly became the soul of the venture. With her warmth and natural sense of welcome, she brings the closeness and care that make all the difference on arrival. Then came Kevyn, a loyal friend and former colleague (organised, meticulous, always present) who became the guarantor of quality on the ground. And Valentin, COO and partner, who quietly keeps everything running behind the scenes so the rest of the team can focus on one thing: taking care of every property, and every client, as if it were their own. Together, the four of them form a tight-knit, deeply committed team united by the same values of excellence, care and trust.

After 10 years in the world of high-end retail, Charlotte chose to create Les Clés de Charlotte to bring a new idea of concierge to life, human, elegant and deeply committed. With a sharp eye, an instinct for detail and a love of beautiful things, she approaches every stay as an exceptional parenthesis.

Structure, strategy and the art of operations

From the French Riviera to Miami, Sydney and Paris, Valentin built his career at the crossroads of finance and entrepreneurship. He joined Les Clés de Charlotte as a partner to bring structure and rigour to the agency's growth. Today he oversees tech, finances and internal operations.
