About the villa
The Penthouse occupies the upper level of a renovated wine estate between Gruissan and Narbonne. Its four bedrooms, arranged as three king rooms plus a sofa bed and a mezzanine, sleep up to nine, and the living space is double height and open to the canal view. Two walled terraces and a rooftop pool make the most of the setting. Heating is by a pellet stove, with portable fans in summer and no air conditioning. Narbonne's centre, with its cathedral and covered market, is about 5 km away.
