About the villa
Maison Éloïse is a 170 m² village house in Paraza, a small Canal du Midi village between the Corbières vineyards and the sea. Exposed timber beams and stone walls sit alongside a contemporary kitchen, a living room and a dining room, with a laundry room and a dedicated workspace. Four bedrooms sleep eight: two doubles, a room with a dressing area, and a dormitory-style room with three single beds. Air conditioning cools the large upstairs bedroom and ceiling fans run in the others. Outside, a sunny terrace holds an outdoor dining table and a seating area with armchairs. Up to three vehicles park inside the gated property.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed (140 cm). Bedroom 2 has a double bed (160 cm). Bedroom 3 has three single beds (90 cm), dormitory style. Bedroom 4 has a double bed (160 cm) and a dressing room.
Two bathrooms.
A living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, plus a laundry room with a washing machine and a dedicated workspace. Air conditioning in the large upstairs bedroom and ceiling fans in the other rooms. Wi-Fi and a television.
