Le Moulin is a former mill of around 250 m², carefully restored, in the countryside at Armissan a short drive from Narbonne. The renovation kept the character of the old building while adding a heated infinity pool and two shaded outdoor dining areas. The Massif de la Clape begins 5 km away and the coast is about 15 minutes by car.

About the villa
Le Moulin sits in the quiet of Armissan, a village a short drive from Narbonne. The former mill has been renovated with close attention to detail and respect for its history, and now holds five bedrooms for up to ten guests. Days are spent between the heated infinity pool and the two outdoor dining areas, with the vineyards and garrigue of La Clape on the doorstep.

The property is divided into two parts. Part 1 includes a large living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, WC, and laundry room (washer + dryer). Air conditioning in the living area and Bedroom 1; ceiling fans elsewhere. Sound system, TV, WiFi, dedicated workspace, and Nespresso machine.
Heated infinity pool (May–September), secured by underwater cover. Large wooden terrace, hammock, two outdoor dining areas, garden furniture with sofa and coffee table, sun loungers, parasol, and electric BBQ grill.
