About the villa
Villa Capri is one of four houses in a private, gated hamlet a short drive from Le Grau d'Agde and Cap d'Agde. The ground floor has a living room, a dining area and a fully fitted kitchen, with two en-suite bedrooms; three further bedrooms are on the first floor. Ducted air conditioning runs throughout, with independent control by zone. Outside, a private pool, two outdoor dining areas, garden furniture, six sun loungers, two deck chairs and a petanque court open onto landscaped grounds.

Bedroom 1 has a king bed, bedrooms 2, 3 and 5 each have a queen bed, and bedroom 4 has two single beds.
The ground floor has a living room, a dining area and a fully fitted kitchen. Ducted air conditioning (Airzone) runs throughout, with independent temperature control by zone. Wi-Fi and a television are provided.
A private pool, not heated, fitted with a safety alarm and no barrier. Two outdoor dining areas, garden furniture, six sun loungers, two deck chairs and a petanque court, set among landscaped grounds.
Villa Capri is part of a small gated hamlet of four houses in Agde, on the Hérault coast. The beaches and restaurants of Le Grau d'Agde are a few minutes away, with the marina and water sports of Cap d'Agde nearby.
